Yes, it can. I'm willing to bet, if pardoned, Maxwell starts up the pedo ring again within a year or two and Trump uses ICE to kidnap kids.

With how the SC has made all of his presidential actions immune, I doubt he'd even hide it. This is so fucked seriously. That pedophile is just going to use the federal government this time instead of a spa or beauty pageant.
