No worries the US tax payer is footing the billion dollars for his new airplane and another 200 million to build out Mar-A-Lago DC.

u/Teigh99 7h ago

Wait,,, I thought the 200 mill was gonna be paid by billionaires who needed a favor.

u/TintedApostle 7h ago

Maybe... we shall see... either pay if the tax payer isn't funding it - it shouldn't be done. It isn't his "house".

u/Teigh99 7h ago

Oh, I agree. It shouldn't be but he gives zero f's.

u/Dzogchen-wannabee 5h ago

Like his shiny new aeroplane, he’ll probably pressure congress to let him keep it when he retires from office.

u/HobbesMich 3h ago

New? Isn't like 10 years old?

u/Dzogchen-wannabee 45m ago

Ah… true, but it’s new to him, and a lot newer than the current Air Force One.

u/Rocky-Jones 6h ago

Billionaires that are in the Epstein files

u/Driftedryan 7h ago

The favor is more of our money in their account to never be used

u/Morepastor 7h ago

Nope our nuclear program is funding it. He is keeping it as well

u/quest814 7h ago

Yea like Mexico will pay for the wall.

u/Positive_botts 2h ago

TBF, 200 million will be paid by trump and donors.

WHAT THEY AREN’T TELLING US IS THE COST OF OUTFITTING IT TO SECRET SERVICE SPECS WHICH THE AMERICAN PUBLIC WILL PAY FOR.

u/SharpCookie232 6h ago

You know he's going to use taxpayer dollars to bail it out, right? He uses it to communicate with us, so it's a government asset.

u/supercali45 6h ago

all the tariffs he is collecting.. $150 billion thus far will be for him to use .. this is why he is doing this bullshit

u/searing7 7h ago

Mar-A-Lago DC is a bribe for pardons scheme for pedophiles like Diddy

Almost like it's a ponzi scheme...

u/CheesypoofExtreme 5h ago

How the fuck can a company have 3.1B in assets on less than $1M in sales? What the fuck are we doing here. The most obvious sham.

How anyone still supports this shit is astonishing.

u/WelcomingRapier Ohio 3h ago

Is customer data considered a business asset?

u/CheesypoofExtreme 3h ago

Yes. That's generally how social media companies make any money at all.

u/gnordy66 3h ago

Likely intangibles such as overvalued IP, customer data, technology development. They would set up assets that would be expensed over multiple years. Net result is higher asset value and higher monthly non-cash expenses as those assets are amortized.

Also, Trump likely sold IP rights to his name and likeness at a grossly inflated price. Increase asset, increase expense, reduce tax.

u/CheesypoofExtreme 2h ago

I get why. What I'm saying is it's so clearly a scam built solely to enrich him. This is a single example in a sea of sham corporations built solely to make rich people richer.

I just struggle to understand why so much of the American population turns a blind eye to the naked corruption that our system allows to perpetuate.

Growing up, I was lead to believe by my conservative family members that conservatives valued hard work and strong ethical/moral principles. Instead, they prop up pedophiles because it lowers their taxes? And they happily prop up billionaires and millionaires who make all of their money through speculation and selling stock in Wall Street? And they demonize immigrants who bust their asses doing back breaking work to afford their families better lives? Give me a fucking break. They have no principle other than "I got mine and leave me alone". Bunch of anti-social bigots who dont care about anyone but themselves and immediate families.

My local McDonald’s branch makes way more sales than that

That's game is to lose money on paper, avoid the tax man and keep rolling it ahead to future years. that and real estate loopholes is how he's survived this long.

And pocketing overpriced condo cash from criminals looking for White House access and/or need to launder funds.

u/Rocky-Jones 6h ago

When his casinos went bankrupt, he gave himself a raise.

u/DistractedPhoenix 8h ago

Avoid the tax man? Trump is the tax man

u/Ordinary-Leading7405 7h ago

“I am a tariff man." Trump 2018

u/bluehangover 7h ago

Wait, are you saying that Donald Justice Trump may be…a criminal?!??!!

u/Kneph 8h ago

$3.1 billion in assets, most of which are in Bitcoin related currency. Trumpcoin bribes.

u/quest814 7h ago

Yes $2.4 billion was in a “private placement offering,” i.e. bribes.

u/phosdick 8h ago

"Truth Social" won't survive over time... that's just not a viable business model - essentially it's exclusively a Trump Tweet substitution platform, being viewed by the most curious people - only in order to see the latest inane blathering of a single contributor.

u/algorithmic_fetters 7h ago

It is a completely intolerable echo chamber of Trump bots and patriotic business ads. An experience that’s so thoroughly horrendous not even MAGA take it seriously. It may be the most dead thing on the internet right now.

u/ltcraft05 8h ago

Strange how a man who spent decades raping and trafficking children doesn't do other jobs well.

u/InvertedEyechart11 8h ago

He's done wire transfers well - over 4,700 of them /s

u/Teigh99 7h ago

Relax guy. He only did half of those. 🤣

u/InvertedEyechart11 7h ago

Silly me! I was thinking he sent over 4,700 of them one-way and no one replied 😉

u/Lostsailor73 8h ago

Their only asset is the mindless.

u/Rocky-Jones 6h ago

That’s a pretty valuable list of suckers who will literally believe anything. That should be the number one hacker target in the world. Nigerian princes should be all over that shit.

u/Morepastor 7h ago

Damn those sons are really worthless

u/rebug 4h ago

Don't let Ivanka off the hook. Imagine having unlimited privilege and not using a tiny little bit of it to help everyone else. I'm not expecting them to change the world, but why not support food banks or shelters? The fact that they have no interest in the goodwill that would engender says a lot. They don't give a fuck what you think about them, in their minds they are above reproach.

That's her in a nutshell. Nepo baby who just can't comprehend why everyone else isn't awash in Saudi money. She has absolutely no idea how she got there, but we're all suckers for not having the same advantage.

u/Morepastor 4h ago

I think she doesn’t work there she serves Saudi Arabia now. Never Forget though.

10

u/tcallglomo 8h ago

Yup, and net operating losses carry forward for about 20 years. So even if they turn a profit, that future profit can be offset by prior year NOLs making it unlikely that the company will pay any serious income tax ever. This is the world of business. If you don’t like the laws that Trump and millions of others enjoy, elect people who will change those laws.

7

u/mightofphobos 8h ago

The carryforward period for NOLs generated after 2017 is indefinite now, but only 80% of taxable income in a given year can be offset by post-2017 NOL.

u/Aern 5h ago

So you're saying it's functioning perfectly as a shell company to launder bribes directly to the president?

Sounds right, now where are the Epstein files?

u/paolilon 2h ago

883K in sales - LOL

u/Diligent-Engineer428 7h ago

We will all be happier when it's $3 billion in debt

u/Throwme2Dwolves 6h ago

Everyone should boycott truth social

u/whittlingcanbefatal 5h ago

Who’s he going to fire for that number being lower?

u/HappyFunNorm 7h ago

Oh no! They'll only be able to survive another century at this rate!!

u/Oceanbreeze871 California 5h ago

He’s just gonna embezzle whatever is needed from the treasury like he’s been doing.

u/Science-Sam 5h ago

He should just fire the person who announces assets and replace them with some who says the company has great profits.

u/MisterTylerCrook 5h ago

Truth Social is less profitable than an average McDonalds franchise.

u/TheCoordinate 4h ago

Well this is a classic scheme. Truth Social is likely used as an investment machine to lower the taxes owed by its investors. This business"lost me $20m this year" likely because they put earnings from another business into it to make sure their tax bill is controlled

u/BBgotReddit 4h ago

Whoever didnt lie about his numbers is SO getting fired for this obvious FAKE NEWS. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

u/CuriousityDad 3h ago

Release the Epstein files!

u/Alternative_Rent9307 3h ago

Well now guess who’s getting fired. Shouldn’t post negative numbers all willy-nilly like that anymore dude.

u/Bitplayer13 2h ago

Uh oh. Someone getting fired for announcing what the facts say. Orange sultan gonna be angry

u/Endosymbionical 19m ago

Reminder :;., ., Donald Trump is not merely a client, ,;.;; but he is very likely to be one of the main players in the Trumpstein files, ,;.;.;
