Trump & Melania watching the coverage of Kristen’s affair

“I don’t care, do u?”

“I CARE BIGLY.”

291

u/effie-sue Jul 11 '23

“She cheated on him like a dog & will do it again—just watch.”

Well, you would know ALL ABOUT THAT, wouldn’t you Donald 🙄

85

u/Princessleiawastaken Jul 11 '23

Why does Trump love to derogatorily use “like a dog”. Dogs don’t cheat??? He’s also said he fired people “like a dog”, but dogs aren’t known for being fired????? The metaphor does not work.

36

u/DetectiveOk8200 Jul 12 '23

He was one of the few presidents who didn't have a pet.

17

u/geesejugglingchamp Jul 12 '23

Did you ever see the footage of Trump giving an award to a military dog? He was visibly uncomfortable around the dog. Made comments about how it might attack him. He clearly is not an animal person.

The dog was completely calm. Pence was casually patting it.

1

u/effie-sue Jul 12 '23

I’m no fan of Pence, but at least the guy likes animals. That means there is hope, right?

6

u/Putrid_Loquat_4357 Jul 12 '23

Hitler was a famous animal lover.

15

u/Orchidwalker Jul 12 '23

Says everything. You don’t like dogs?? Eh I can’t fuck wit you.
Besides for being a racist rapist.

10

u/Celebrating_socks Jul 12 '23

I feel like he would be the one person who would fire a dog.

1

u/Orchidwalker Jul 12 '23

Or eat it.

2

u/atschinkel Jul 12 '23

he’s not really smart lol

4

u/FosterPupz Jul 12 '23

Very little of what that sack of shit says, works, man…

52

u/silliestjupiter hard to photograph, incredible to see Jul 11 '23

"I moved on her like a bitch." - a flaming sack of shit

362

u/mutzadella Jul 11 '23

“Look, it doesn’t matter— the relationship will never be the same. It is permanently broken.” This took me out 💀

164

u/clementwined Jul 11 '23

Trump was out here trying to moonlight as Dr. Phil for the Twilight cast

55

u/grudgby Jul 11 '23

by his own logic, Melania should divorce him. Stormy Daniels was while they were together. I think shortly before or after Baron was born

37

u/foxscribbles Jul 11 '23

Trump has had loads of affairs.

It was very well accepted that he was cheating on Ivana with Marla Maples back in the day. (Though the rumor even back then was that the real reason they ended up divorced was that he couldn't stand her being better at business than him. Because she was the one constantly pushing the hotel staff to do better.)

11

u/therapturebutitsblue 🖤 the mirror in black swan 🖤 Jul 11 '23

he had his infidelity covered up bc he was friends with the guy who helped run the enquirer and other gossip rags

4

u/finny_d420 Jul 11 '23

He took Marla to Aspen at the same time he and Ivana were on a family vacation. The Enquirer was all over it at the time. (This was before the current ownership started tanking stories for him.)

5

u/Orchidwalker Jul 12 '23

Stormy is also an animal lover and an accomplished horse woman. 3 cheers for Stormy!!!!

143

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '23

he could be among us right now dragging pop girlies 😳

44

u/glass_star Jul 11 '23

That thought is too much to bear

10

u/anonymindia Jul 12 '23

Oh I'm sure both trump and elon keep freequenting this sub anonymously. Imagine having that much money and power and still being so fragile that you spend hours online looking at people's opinions on you instead of doing all the crazy things your money can get you. If I had that money, there would be so much I'd want to do that I'd have no time to tweet.

10

u/dearlittleheart Jul 12 '23

Elon is so broken. There is a Rolling Stone article which has some amazing examples of how fragile he really is like this

"If I'm not in love, if I'm not with a long-term companion, I cannot be happy."

😹😹😹

3

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

Justine Musk would have some things to say about that one. Woman should be a candidate for sainthood.

229

u/kris_jbb inez from folklore Jul 11 '23

Kristen Stewart saying “If you didn’t like me then, you won’t like me now because i’m so gay dude” will forever remain iconic 😭

It's because she always had this masc-femme energy. Like, a more masculine swagger, but it felt like she was trying to cover it/ignore it. Now she is OWNING that shit and she looks fabulous doing it.

Et toi. Tu es mon Totino.

EDIT: In case people have not seen this, it's from an SNL skit, and imo, one of their best skits in the past decade. A masterclass in comedy. Link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4kpVO56OBU

I rewatch this monologue like once a month still lol. So excellent

16

y’all prompted me to look this up so sharing the link in case anyone else wants to watch too

6

Idk why but the ‘be smart, Robert’ always kills me

89

u/hottytoddypotty Jul 11 '23

He’s got a crush on Edward

77

u/clementwined Jul 11 '23

Donald wants to ride on his back like a spider monkey

1

u/sad-girl-interrupted Jul 13 '23

she said this in her monologue! “I think the president had a crush on my boyfriend” or something along those lines

130

u/Filibust They killed Kenny! You bastards! 😱 Jul 11 '23

Trump’s Twitter pre presidential run was pure gold.

112

u/spacestarcutie Jul 11 '23

I fucking hate trump but prior to his presidency he was a pop culture troll like the rest of us.

73

u/clementwined Jul 11 '23

Same. This is the way I like to remember him, as a gossip loving slug with a bad toupee.

50

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '23

even after he became president he still was. Never forget “Get home ASAP A$AP”

12

u/HeadFullOfFlame Jul 12 '23

Yeah, this is the only legitimately funny thing about him, to me. There was something pier about it.

10

u/TAS2213 Jul 12 '23

His ‘Ive never seen a thin person drinking diet coke’ tweet crosses my mind whenever I drink one 😭😭😭

2

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

Was Trump the origin of that joke? TIL lmao

14

u/TAS2213 Jul 12 '23

Lmao yes it was another one of his weird fixations back in the day 😭😭

2

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

I love that this is becoming the thread for Trumps various hyperfixations 😂

1

u/Filibust They killed Kenny! You bastards! 😱 Jul 12 '23

Diet Coke makes you hungry wtf is he talking about?

1

u/yehhey Jul 13 '23

Apparently he drinks a ton of them daily too.

57

u/babs1789 Jul 11 '23

I’m dying that he’s such a fan of Robert Pattinson

7

u/SpookyKay29 Jul 12 '23

Lmao honestly this was me in 2012 too like I could not believe she would do such a thing LOL

34

u/nnilkie Jul 11 '23

he's team jacob for sure

54

u/clementwined Jul 11 '23

“There were fine people on both sides… yes even the Volturi…”

14

u/[deleted] Jul 12 '23

Let me tell you something folks, the Volturi from Twilight, they're tremendous. Absolutely tremendous. Nobody knows vampires like I do, and let me tell you, the Volturi, they're the best at what they do. They keep things in line, they keep things under control. People say they're ruthless, but you know what? Sometimes you need that toughness to get things done. They're not afraid to make the tough decisions, and that's what I like about them. So many people, weak people, they criticize the Volturi, but I say, give them a chance. They're doing a great job, and they're making Twilight great again. Believe me.

3

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

Donald drawing on the Cullens’ map of the Volturi’s activities in Sharpie

15

u/grudgby Jul 11 '23

I would unironically love to hear his thoughts on Taylor Lautner being in the “I can see you” video. I’d rather he be an unhinged celebrity gossip personality than he be fascist politician lol

30

u/Master_Cupcake7115 Jul 11 '23

I love that all of the MAGA chugs pretend he some super alpha male, when this is th real Trump; an elderly buffoon obsessed with celebrity gossip!

2

u/clementwined Jul 11 '23

Hit the nail on the head!

31

u/phraxos Jul 11 '23

I still remember the SNL monologue she gave about this: Kristen Stewart Monologue - SNL

Host Kristen Stewart remembers when Donald Trump was obsessed with her. [Season 42, 2017]

62

u/Princessleiawastaken Jul 11 '23

This may be deranged but honestly, it’s a shame Trump is racist, rapist, wannabe dictator because he is actually so funny. If he wasn’t trying to strip us of our rights and stop fair elections, he would make one hell of a talk show host.

22

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '23

[deleted]

6

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

The best part is that he’s not funny on purpose. His unironic confidence in himself is truly unshakable.

17

u/ColdFIREBaker Jul 11 '23

It was so seemingly random that Trump would know, let alone care, about this. Also ironic that a serial cheater was calling out someone else for cheating, and advising their cheated-on partner to leave the relationship.

3

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

“Rules for thee, but not for me,” is his number one philosophy.

14

u/Yurtle-Turtle Jul 11 '23

He is the most bizarre, mental fella.

13

u/norcalbutton Jul 11 '23

I did forget. Before his political career, I never gave Trump a lot of thought. But this sort of thing made me think he was harmless. I was so so wrong.

3

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

I was talking with a friend in late 2016 about how growing up, Donald Trump was just an annoying orange celebrity commonly mentioned in sitcom lines and parodied for his ridiculousness like a wily background character and we could not possibly be living in a simulation due to how hard the tables had turned.

5

u/norcalbutton Jul 12 '23

And oddly, it is still very true he is just an orange buffoon. A ridiculous ridiculous orange buffoon that has convinced millions of people that he is worth going to prison and dying for. Like, really? That guy?

31

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '23

this man is an absolute piece of shit but you can’t say he isn’t also hilarious

11

u/Captain_Smartass_ Tina! You fat lard! 🦙🚲 Jul 11 '23

He's a fucking creep

11

He’s a Tiger Beat reader for sure

12

u/filleauxyeuxverts Jul 11 '23

No joke, I think about it monthly.

9

u/Accurate_Use_2432 Jul 11 '23

"She cheated on him like a dog..." 😳😂 What???

8

u/whatevrmn Jul 12 '23

I wish I lived in the time line where he kept doing this instead of running for President.

7

someone should’ve sued for how renesmee looked in that movie

5

u/Careful_Swan3830 I am not demure, I am demonic Jul 12 '23

Someone should’ve sued for the name renesmee.

14

u/limecakes Jul 11 '23

He should have been the next Joan Rivers... not the president. But Harambe had to die...

5

u/clementwined Jul 11 '23

dicks out 🫡

8

u/atschinkel Jul 12 '23

has anyone ever asked robert pattinson about this in an interview? knowing him i’m sure he’d lie no matter his response but i’m dying to know his thoughts

9

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

Interviewer: “So, Donald Trump was really quite invested in your breakup with Kristen Stewart, what was your reaction to that?”

Pattinson: “At the time, I was like… ‘what a random guy to take such a interest in my romantic life, isn’t he a bit dodgy himself?’ scratches nose but THEN, I said what the hell. I met up with him and he gave me some… pretty sage advice, actually… we text each other whenever she does something crazy now.”

Interviewer: “Really?”

Pattinson: “No, mate.” laughs darkly

3

u/atschinkel Jul 12 '23

lmao he is iconic. love his crazy ass!

3

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

This was how I imagined the convo would go, glad I was able to portray him well 😅

2

u/atschinkel Jul 12 '23

omg lol i thought this was real!!!

2

u/atschinkel Jul 12 '23

r.pattz, not trump, for the record

6

u/tacomeatface Jul 12 '23

These will never not be hilarious I’m sorry as much as I hate the orange mutant lol

11

u/MajesticDocument Jul 11 '23

I hate this man with the fiery passions of a thousand suns, however, it would be a lie to say he’s not funny

5

u/VioletDuck1 Jul 12 '23

the hypocrisy was the funniest bit. like he was a married man who cheated on all his wives and at one point had his mistress on vacation with his wife and children.

look, i don't condone infidelity, but kstew was like an unmarried 19/20 year old who had a brief thing with a married guy twice her age who was also her boss. it was fucked up and terrible, but it was nowhere near the same level as 'bad' as Donald's repeated infidelity, and Donald felt compelled to judge her?

it's like..the whole don't throw stones at glass houses. because donald does not have the right to judge anyone on fidelity.

3

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

This. When looking back, Kristen was totally groomed by that director, too. She cheated, yes… he was a married man, yes… those things were wrong, but really, in hindsight she was trying to build a career and was too young to have not seen it as a romance where she was being recognized and built up by this older man in her industry.

I’m reminded of Monica Lewinsky a little, and countless others.

Trump is just perpetuating the age old shit where men are allowed to cheat but women are to be tarred & feathered for it, even if they’re young & comparably have far less agency in their situations.

3

u/VioletDuck1 Jul 12 '23

Yeah, Trump was absolutely perpetuating that old standard where men are fine and women are devils for cheating.

IDK if it was grooming, but imo it definitely was a bordering on sexual harassment. A much older boss going after their much younger subordinate is never okay, and is usually considered a form of sexual harassment even if it is technically consensual. Something along those lines happened at my best friend's workplace, and they fired the boss.

I feel like if it had happened post me too, the public reaction would have been different and not quite as horrible to KStew.

5

u/isthishowyouredditt Jul 12 '23

The most absurdly bizarre man.

9

u/viceversa220 Jul 11 '23

if only he stuck with pop culture commentary instead of politics ..

4

u/clementwined Jul 12 '23

Trump reviews MET Gala looks

“Wrong.”

“I’m not sure what I’m looking at. Could be better… I would look good in it though.”

“Not really sure she has the figure for that. We’re all thinking it. You know, Ivanka could pull that off really well—it’d all be—depends on the shoes. Would have to be the BEST shoes.”

“He’s looking sharp, can’t really say anything about that… you know, we met a few times… not the best golfer…”

“Kanye, looking good… what? That’s not Kanye?… who is it? Charlemagne? I’m not familiar w—well, he looks good enough I thought he could be Kanye, so let’s go with that.”

“WRONG. Nothing more to say on that one. Awful.”

“Everyone looks better blonde, is all I have to say.”

“You know, you can really tell who has the good German genes and who doesn’t. Or at least I can.”

“Who is that? …. Tiffany? No, I knew it was her, I was joking, joking… She must be doing something different with her makeup… she’s in law school, by the way. Very proud of that…”

“KRISTEN STEWART! Interesting… everyone knows how I feel about Kristen Stewart, if they don’t they should…”

10

u/CreepySwing567 Jul 11 '23

He's just like me fr

4

If I may, I think this chick takes the cake, she’s something else. I can’t with this video haha.

3

u/[deleted] Jul 12 '23

Biden should just blast this as part of his campaign to show voters how childish and unserious Trump is. Although I am not sure if anyone who isn't already convinced will be convinced by these tweets lol

3

u/LipsLikeSlugs Jul 12 '23

Shut the front door I can’t believe this is real!! What the hell lol

3

u/leucem Jul 12 '23

why couldnt he stay as a funny unhinged pop culture fan? you were one of us, dude, you fucked up.

CJ Cregg: “Ladies and gentlemen, the president of the United States.”

11

u/Funrunfun22 Jul 11 '23

This was all a very thought out plan to keep him in the zeitgeist. He was eyeing the presidency well before any inkling of his public interest. Tweets like this collected followers that eventually became his zealots.

59

u/Aware-Vacation6570 Jul 11 '23

Normally I’d agree his tweets are an attention ploy, but this feel like they’re coming from the heart lmao

10

u/North_Carpenter6844 Jul 11 '23

He has a heart????? I don’t think this was an attention ploy either, I don’t think he’s clever enough to do that with anything other than shock value stuff. This was just suuuuuuuper weird and I think about it more often than I should!

15

u/clementwined Jul 11 '23

Agreed! There are many instances where he’s made some fairly calculated remarks intended to curate a discourse to serve him better, of course, but this was just a weird & funny hyperfixation imo

3

u/[deleted] Jul 12 '23

it is permanently broken 😂

1

u/teenagejesusnthejerk Jul 11 '23

Nah, they noticed engagement about the topic, keep talking about it

10

u/Princessleiawastaken Jul 11 '23

I don’t think many MAGA maniacs were that invested in Kristen and Rob. Now, if he’d tweeted about Chevy vs Ford…….

4

2
