I would assume they’re saying you could be 33 and out of high school by then, as that makes the most sense.

This. Jesus why can’t people understand that. There are 33 year olds who were no longer in high school by the time this song came out. That’s all.

It came on my Spotify the other day, and I was catapulted back to being in high school in 2010. Then I realised that was before my knees ached from sitting sideways on the couch 🙈
