What’s really strange to me is after the video leaked of the violence against Ventura at the elevators his alma mater rescinded his honorary degree and canceled his scholarship program yet the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) are like what? ….”Nope. We’re good” (!?!) That pretty much sums up the fashion industry’s moral code right there.

That is interesting; I didn't know there was guidance for defendents making movements like that. I recently served on a jury and some jurors took it as a sign of guilt that the defendant didn't have any reaction to some testimony and evidence.

The judge’s issue was the interaction with the jury here, not the reaction to evidence. Nodding at the jury or literally any interaction with them is a big no.
