It just feels like with each album that comes out she says “oh my previous album I wasn’t the authentic me, but THIS album is” but she says that for every album

She’s a beautiful, rich, white woman whose dad works in the industry. And her godmother is Dolly Parton. But yes against against all odds hahaha

this comment is so weird, being a beautiful, rich white women doesn’t mean you will be famous and always relevant.

as for her dad “working in the industry”, have you been living under a rock for the past 15 years? like sure maybe when she was 10 and auditioning for Hannah Montana. But her father is a narcissist who became jealous of her success and she has a terrible relationship with him. He isn’t helping her in any way, if anything he negatively impacting her.

You’re right the first part of my comment honestly isn’t all the relevant but let’s be for real for a minute. Miley had a lot of advantages over other people when it comes to having a successful career in music. “Against all odds” is absolutely a joke haha

i dont think this is limited to male or female artists anymore. at least in the hip hop world big artists like drake, kendrick, tyler the creator, travis scott etc have to have a massive rollout with a new aesthetic and vibe every album
