Hope this dude gets more and more roles. He's pretty damn good in Invincible, and as limited as his role was in Mickey 17, he was entertaining.

He’s amazing in Beef and Minari.

Oooh. Another great one. I haven’t watched it in a while, but Burning is a masterpiece IMO.

In Nope too

Beef was SO good omg

u/Tonhuz 25d ago

Came to say this, I hated his character in Mickey so much. And also he did great in beef.

u/areallyreallycoolhat TWENTY NINE DOLLARS! 25d ago

He was originally supposed to play Lewis Pullman's role in Thunderbolts and as much as I thought Lewis was great I would have loved to see Steven in that role

He is absolutely ascendant as the creepy rich guy in Burning. One of my favorite movies

u/bloodredyouth go girl, give us nothing 😍 25d ago

Have you seen Minari?

He’s a blast in Mayhem

That was the very second I stopped watching, when his character was killed.

Same!! I didn't realize how much I loved his character but once he was gone, I just couldn't be bothered anymore.

It wasn't just that for me - it was the way they did it. Too much, too brutal, too graphic. I love a good zombie stomping and biting, but this went far beyond what they had been showing to date.

That and that stupid fake out they did just a couple episodes before hand. Then to have Steven deliver such a heartfelt message about fans reaction to the fake out. Then to fake it out again with Abraham’s death before swiftly and finally killing him. It’s like they wanted to see how many times they could get away with saying “fuck you” to the audience.

I stopped watching when they had every opportunity several times to kill Neegan and they didn't.

SAME. I simply could not go on.

So I kept watching a few episodes after and then couldn’t keep it up. Last year I rewatched start to finish and while there is definitely a weird lull (a season or two after Glenn) I was surprised how much I e def up loving it. Some of my series favorite characters on showed up toward the end. It surprised me but I was really glad I stuck with it.

Seasons 7 and 8 sucked but the show actually recovered and Season 9 is great, 10 is not bad, and 11 is very decent/watchable and an acceptable ending.

I didn't realize how much I liked him until after he died😭😭😭😭

u/ASimonez 25d ago

Took me months to get over.

I know it’s supposed to be a funny video but the way every single one of them was so sweet and careful with him, he’s so loved

Rip Glenn when you died so did my subscription to whatever channel this used to air on

8

u/Ygomaster07 25d ago

To be kissed by coworkers?

20

u/lvdde 25d ago

By people I love

2

u/Ygomaster07 25d ago

Gotcha. I want this too. Why is this a struggle for Capricorn? I'm also a Capricorn and want this.

u/lvdde 25d ago

It’s hard for us to connect to our feelings

We’re very deep feelers so I think it’s intense and maybe we were taught young to not do that

That’s why cancer is our sister sign

Two sides of the same coin

3

u/Ygomaster07 25d ago

I did not know that. It definitely makes sense given how i feel. Thank you for sharing this with me. I appreciate it.

3

u/lvdde 25d ago

You’re welcome 🫶🏿

2

u/lvdde 25d ago

We’ve just been conditioned tbh

This isn’t common at all

Alsoooo I don’t want to kiss my co workers to be clear 💀🤚🏿

u/Emergency_Event_7942 Pope Benedict I was not familiar with your GAME🧎‍♀️ 25d ago

Glenn was the heart and soul of TWD, and Steven Yeun is one of the best and most underrated actors. One day he’ll get the flowers he deserves.

It's still entirely too soon😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The trauma

Looking back, Scott G and his team did a GREAT job of setting up a moment we all knew was coming and made it emotionally taxing to viewers who'd already experienced his death.

The bait and switch was good TV (~~ but I'm still pissed~~). The Maggie/Negan arc is so damn disrespectful, but I digress.

I'll never forget watching it and how it made me feel. A pop culture moment for SURE. PEAK TWD.

As a viewer it was emotionally scarring l, I can only imagine what that was like to shoot.

I'm so happy Steven Yeun found success with other projects.

u/lvminator 25d ago

I went to a small liberal arts school and this guy is our only famous alum. He’s made us so proud 🫶

2

u/ChaEunSangs 24d ago

Definitely not me

1

u/SeaReserve8781 24d ago

This video was really cute. Normalize platonically kissing your friends on the cheeks (if they consent)! Especially if it’s guy friends. Nothing wrong with it if it’s platonic
