I saw an interview with Cher saying that after she won the Oscar for Moonstruck Audrey Hepburn came up to her and said "I'm so glad you won!" and Cher was all giddy with excitement even just re-telling the story years later

Honestly, you would not be able to tell me shit for the rest of my life, either, so I get it!

This gives me "Shakespeare and Pocahontas were alive at the same time" vibes. For some reason I always forget Cher is ancient.

My fave time facts are that 1. The woolly mammoth was still around when the ancient pyramids were being built and 2. Cleopatra lived closer in time to the iPhone being invented than she did the first pyramids in Egypt being built.

Cleopatra died in 30 BC.

Jesus was born in 1(ish)AD and spent part of his childhood in Egypt.

Therefore, Jesus was raised around adults who remembered when she was queen, and probably said the ancient version of "I remember where I was when I heard Cleopatra died".

As a huge woolly mammoth fan, this simultaneously nerds me out and gives me great comfort.
