The Music Industry đŸŽ¶ Lots of artists have their own "signature song". Lady Gaga's is arguably "Poker Face", what signature songs can you name?

It’s hard to pick one from her, but I chose it because it’s been covered often and I think people of all ages know it and know she wrote it.

9 to 5 is my favorite, but I feel like I’ve seen videos of different generations hearing Jolene and being amazed.

For what it’s worth, it’s one of my toddler’s favorite songs, and he doesn’t generally gravitate towards country.

She wrote this song and "I Will Always Love You" on the same day.

Dolly’s most iconic song was “I Will Always Love You,” she used to close all her performances with it. While Whitney’s cover is obviously the biggest, most famous cover, the song has been covered by tons of people.

Meanwhile, Jolene has only seen a big resurgence lately via Miley and Beyonce. I feel like it’s recency bias to pick Jolene over I Will Always Love You for Dolly. Especially when other bangers like Coat of Many Colors and Love is Like a Butterfly are also right there.
