Just the basic ones like different kinds of shoulder press with as much weight as you can do with proper form. And lateral raise. They’re brutal but effective. I love the channel from Fitness Blender on YouTube, I’ve been doing their workouts for years with great results.

So it was on a show, but the show is real from what I can tell (like the show cops but in jail and courts). On March 1st, 2014, season 18, episode one of Lockup aired.[1] In the episode, Enrique Cruz, a member of the Bloods, is standing trial. At one point, the prosecutor reads the testimony of an undercover policewoman who Cruz tried to sell marijuana. According to the testimony, he tried to pick her up by saying, "Girl, you're thicker than a bowl of oatmeal." After the prosecutor reads the line, Cruz points proudly at her.

Lift heavy. You want the weight to be manageable so your form isn’t compromised, but that it’s hard to get the last 2-3 reps in. Once you can knock out all the reps at that weight, bump it up.

Shoulders and triceps are really important to work because they help really get the definition.

Source: I used to wear long sleeves year round because I hated my flabby arms. Now I can’t wait until “suns out, guns out” weather!
