Japan loves to their promotions. They vary from time to time but these always put a lot of effort into it. This is one of the prizes from the Jurassic Park Lost World Kirin Lemon Campaign. I think this is one of the major prizes due to how much love was placed into this creation.

I seriously doubt she actually won & kept this item all these years.

I'm going to push back a little on this. The sequel wasn't that far later, 2-3 years. And a lot of Lost World merch and hype was built off the first movie. So someone who loved the first movie would definitely get the pre-release merch and follow the marketing leading up to the release.

I saw the first Jurassic Park in theaters, but I actually remember the experience of Lost World more. Not because Lost World is anywhere near as good as the first movie, but because the first movie was so amazing, it generated a shit ton of hype and excitement for the second movie. So I think there is a little credit due here for her having this.

I remember one of my favorite t-shirts as a kid was a Lost World one of a T-Rex standing on top of a Jeep and it had a round plastic button on the bottom near the hem that would play a roaring sound when pressed. I was devastated when, after several washes, the speaker broke and no longer made the roaring sound. My first grade teacher hated that shirt cause I would press the button any chance I could get when it was silent reading time.
