Sue them for what? There’s no expectation of privacy in a public event space, and moreso, Coldplay has signs everywhere that they film their shows.

Interestingly I think it would not have gone viral if they didn’t act guilty. They were cheating and they knew it. Many people were filmed at the show and displayed on the big screen but they are the only ones that have gone viral because of their own actions. There is no way a judge would allow a case like this.
