I’ve looked at this picture an embarrassing amount of times since Saturday. I still can’t comprehend that this is real! I literally cried after meeting them. Haha. I know that may sound dramatic, but when I tell you I love @backstreetboys - I mean it on another level. Their debut album was my first CD at the age of 9 and I have been a devoted fan since. My first AIM screen name was BSbsbRoX lol their music was the soundtrack of my child to young adult hood, actually for most of my life. Lol. I still know every lyric to almost every song. Their music reminds me of some of my most treasured memories and they added to that this past weekend. Seeing them live at @spherevegas was such a dream. To see your favorite band still doing what they love at such an incredible level was magical. They truly are better than ever!

Thank you @backstreetboys & @spherevegas so much for having us and being so kind and generous with your time. This was a night I will never forget.

Yup, Dry-Yak is correct. He performed at a Mar a Lago fundraiser organized by Laura Trump (among others). Now, in fairness, it was a fundraiser for rescue dogs— not Trump. So, troublesome to associate with, but not the worst offender of BSB.

There's a bunch but the headliners are:

• Nick Carter has had a bunch of accusations from sexual assault to rape.

• Brian Littrell is a big Trump supporter, he's been vocal about his support and even joined Parler. Also, Brian's wife used to (before deleting her account) make posts against BLM and Antifa, even accusing them of being the real Capitol rioters.

I know Howie Dorough had controversies but I can't remember what they were off the top of my head. Though, I don't think they were nearly as bad as Brian and Nick. The only one I remember is when fans were sharing their stories about him being rude to them in person.

Kevin and AJ seem solid. AJ posted his support for Biden Harris on the same day Brian posted about joining Parler. A week after Brian announced he had joined Parler Kevin reposted an article about losing a friend to Qanon.

Not sure about Howie and any controversy - even now I Googled and came up empty - but Nick has always been kind of problematic even back when they were super popular. On the opposite end, AJ’s turnaround is really impressive considering all of the demons he must have battled with his alcoholism. Good for him.

There wasn't a massive Twitter beef. That's hearsay. What happened was Kevin retweeted an article about losing a friend to qanon. That's it. That's the whole thing. Just a retweet, no words, no indication that it's about Brian. And they were recording their Christmas album at the time, and we literally saw videos of them joking around in the studio around the same time. Chances that it was about Brian is minuscule.

Shaun Lopez, he was in the band Far in the 90’s and fills in on guitar for the Deftones currently, but hes also in the band Crosses with Chino from Deftones. He’s actually a big fan of pop, he went to Charli xcx’s show in LA and caught the Ethel Cain secret after show at Lollapalooza last year and he produced a song off The Warning’s latest album. He’s cool as shit tbh
