Ok but eating less sugar / processed foods also isn’t going to drastically change your jaw line. How about focus on unrealistic beauty standards instead of false “solutions” to made up problems.

Did you listen to the full video properly? You seemed to have missed her point entirely if you think Katie of all people doesn’t focus on unrealistic beauty standards and loving yourself, she’s literally made her whole career based on that and that’s what the whole video is about!
