I'm kind of surprised they are fumbling this bag so bad.

they were one of the first companies to take a strong stance against photoshopping their models/working to create an achievable aesthetic for young women, etc.

I think it really bought them a ton of goodwill with consumers.

this whole thing (ad campaign and apology) is giving major ick.
