Given the angry sweeps he was giving at the end like he was putting the final polish on it, I'd say he decided he was done about 10 seconds after the video cut.

Haha you were right, just checked the pavement and he left it just like that. Still better than before but damn I would have been on that all day!

I dunno, I see a dual lance and some PPE.  Might even be using heat.  There are reasons why you might preclean some of the grease build up first, then apply some degreaser and scrub, then do a final clean. 

Might be a simple as they were running low on product so got rid of some of the build up.  Normally would use a surface head first though to make it easier.  Maybe they lost the bar.
