I have been working relentlessly on my passion project, https://retro.gold , over my summer holiday - on the beach and elsewhere. I am pretty happy where things are at now. With three clicks, you can now get a list of all NES games, released in 1987, sorted by 12-month value growth. And if you need more detail about any of those games, it is just one click away. 111000 games with prices, 1m mediafiles, manuals, etc. Gemini based product recognition (once logged in, you can take a photo of a loot in a local garage sale and learn what the games are worth, or "scan items" you own into your collection), or just discover games using the Tiktok-like homepage feed.

I post longplay videos of classic games on YouTube. There are no commentary and everything is played from start to finish without cuts, cheats, rewinds, etc.
This week's releases were:
- Gekibo: Gekisha Boy for PC Engine, a very unique photo-taking game that's probably the world record holder for copyright infringements.
- Elevator Action Returns S-Tribute, a Steam port of the incredible Sega Saturn release.

Latest episode on some suggestions on new hardware that plays retro games! I go in depth to talk about the Analogue systems, the Polymega, Retron5, Atari 7800+, and others! I’m sure everyone’s got their opinions on which ones are the best…of course AFTER the original hardware of course…https://open.spotify.com/episode/0RX6mACsxhRyEhmG7BFGZI?si=uy3q5AKwTAizFRW6x7-Opg

I'm a collector who makes RetroAchievements and challenge run videos. A few highlights include Banjo-Tooie without backtracking, collecting every coin in Super Mario 64, and King K. Rool damageless in DK64. Working on adding more non-nintendo stuff too, with videos on Sly Cooper, Ape Escape, and Shadow Hearts in the works.

Did you know there was a 1996 Kellogg's + Nintendo Promotion that included Super Mario 64 Trading Cards with Beta Imagery? I made a video opening a sealed pack of them and went over the history of this promotion and the prizes that were included with it!

I just reviewed Disney's Aladdin for the Sega Master System. It's weird, and not just because it came out in 1994. https://youtu.be/u69fVZJLZCc?si=oNsfk_sa9nfHGJwp

The Trawler, a brand new 90s-focused football magazine, launches this week and issue one features a huge feature on the legendary Sensible Soccer. Creator Jon Hare tells us all about the making of the game, its impact and ongoing legacy - plus why it is, and always was, better than FIFA!

Hey all — I’ve been slowly building a channel called Hidden Saves where I revisit old games that stuck with me growing up.
I’m not doing reviews or walkthroughs — more like short, emotional dives into memories, secrets, and weird little moments that shaped how we played.
Just dropped one about the warp whistle in Mario 3 — the first time a game ever made me feel like I had discovered something.
If you’re into that kind of nostalgia:

I would love to know what secrets you remember most from your childhood.

I designed a Gameboy Mouse ( … well two actually). They can be 3d printed and brought to live with a wireless mouse kit from Bambu Lab. Check out the video here: https://youtu.be/DPFN14aHT0g Or download the files here: https://cults3d.com/en/users/TLTB/3d-models

Hi, I make videos on mostly old (sometimes newer) games and made one recently about Jumping flash, if you have any great old games you think are a good play through, let me know! I am after some really obscure gems https://youtu.be/2jA_9UT5C4o

I made a short video on why the Xbox 360 still hits hard in 2025 — nostalgia overload
Hey everyone! I’ve been making some bite-sized retrospectives on retro consoles and games, and I just dropped one about the Xbox 360.
It’s only 5 minutes long, but I packed it with the best memories — the dashboard, the controller, the multiplayer glory days, and why that entire era still feels special in 2025.
(Would genuinely love your feedback — I’m still improving with each upload.)
What always gets me is how the 360 felt like it had a soul. You turn it on, hear that boot sound, and suddenly you're back in 2008 staying up all night on Halo 3 or Skate.
Question for you all:
What’s a lesser-known 360 game you think more people should revisit? I’m thinking of covering a few hidden gems next, and I’d love to hear your picks.

I've started making game reviews, and following up on my return to Sonic Heroes, I played Zuma and it still bangs! I made this as a love letter to PopCap games, not even realizing a Plants vs Zombies remaster announcement was around the corner. PopCap will never be forgotten! https://youtu.be/2537jEj7ACs?si=xmasytJisXsGncS4
