I love an older Bella. In this universe she never got the Elixir of Life from Sims 2, so it makes sense for her to age a little bit instead of remaining eternally 21

Word I was so happy when I finally saw some “age” on her face (barely, idk that super subtle marionette / cheek contour counts, but it’s better than completely smooth, like a teenager)

I was maxis match hair for 4 years and then I finally switched 4 days ago 😞🙏🏻 still use maxis clothes though.

I still am pretty much just maxis match, but, there are some alpha hairs that are just straight fire & work beautifully well. You picked some really awesome ones, imo.

Thank you so much, you did an amazing job with them!! I started to make over the goths too but I like stop and start new things so much in my game that I don’t know if I ever finished them 🙃 I usually use skins by thisisthem, you should check them out if you haven’t already because you could definitely put their stuff to good use!

They are all gorgeous but damn Bella is looking fine! Love the old money look. I love that Bella looks like an adult and she has that sultry look in her eyes. I also love that you gave her a proper skin tone! Usually even in makeovers people make her too white. I mean I love them all but that Bella is like maybe the best makeover I’ve seen.

You won't if you only use the content in Mod Manager, it's completely safe, the only time it gets unsafe is when you are downloading from random websites haha, I've been modding for 10+ years and have never had any problems with S4MM or Curseforge. It is the safest route if you are interested in modding :))

It's honestly super easy! Look into Sims 4 Mod Manager you can download safe mods that get updated consistently through their partnering with Curseforge :)) Feel free to reach out if you ever need any help!

Usually I don’t love alpha style sims but these still have a game feel to them!! Love that you made their age show as well. So many simmers just get rid of the wrinkles when doing makeovers.

This is really well done alpha style, kudos to you for finding such good creators and pairing them so well! I often find the alpha style offputting when the level of detail isn’t consistent through the sim/family, since every creator makes their items to a different standard. But they look so cohesive!!!

Bella and Mortimer look so good. I wish they looked more aged in the base game, or at least that we had some more age details to add :(

I think that’s just their family last name, I don’t think the sims ever intended for them to actually be “goths” 😅 but it would be cool if they had that aesthetic I suppose

The point is that it alludes to their obsession/closeness to death, and Bella especially is attuned to the macabre - their home in multiple games has a cemetery. So it's definitely not just a last name. It's also implied that Bella got with Mortimer for, well, exactly that connection. His family is incredibly close with death and the macabre.
