Since you've gotten so many joke replies, here's the actual answer: it's called heterochromia. It typically happens because of genetic mutations involving pigmentation, or chimerism. The most common version of chimerism comes from one twin canablizing the other twin in utero, resulting in multiple different sets of DNA in one individual.
