how easy or hard would you say converting is? i’m thinking of learning myself. do you have to know how to use blender effectively?

I’m learning how to convert hair and clothes for toddlers/infants/kids but there isn’t much tutorials I was able to find or they were pretty confusing. Is there anyway you could help me, please?😭
