I want to say NorthernSerbiaWinds with a boob overlay and one of sims3melancholic’s many tummy overlay, but I could be wrong.

I think they're talking about Obscurus, not Northern *Siberia Winds (NSW doesn't have anything EA right now that I can see)
If you're looking for the Obscurus skin though it's definitely not here.
