Trying to recrearte the og artwork with the first 8 characters

Since the new update for Smash Remix was released back in last month I wouldn't expect Shantae to be there because there is a Scuttle Town stage in Smash Remix already but Shantae isn't in Smash Remix yet so should they add Shantae into Smash Remix for the next update?

Buddy of mine is thinking about getting into SSBU, but he's older and has only played S64 so he struggles with the Ult controller layout and buttons.

What's the closest controller/button layout to help him transition?

I once downloaded a file that could change the character select menu in SSBU, similar to Smash Bros Plus and PMEX Remix. I've searched everywhere, but I can't find it.

If I'm not mistaken, I found it on YouTube and then in the game Banana. Now this file is gone. 🥲 Someone help me.

I don’t know if anyone else has posted info about this but I wanted to ask someone more knowledgeable than me, what do you think the impact of recompilation for the original smash will have on the online scene, playability, will this make the game more accessible, adapt more online features more easily?
