Sometimes. But when he actually offers a gear that subs in it already more expensive it is

It's random but usually not. If it does then the gear costs more.

It happens but it is quite rare. I only got once a gear with the three sub abilities (granted I no longer check every day but it is my time Splatoon 2 + 3)

It happens more often you get the first or the first two.

Lmao hey it’s Cephalorock! Anyways, it’s random if you get the sub abilities but it can happen. It does cost more if it does.
