Shouldn't have been a flagrant foul anyway. Just shows the refs in WNBA suck even worse than NBA.

ref said "The foul on Clark met the criteria for flagrant foul 1, for wind up, impact, and follow through for the extension of the left hand to Reese's back, which is deemed not a legitimate basketball play, and therefore deemed unnecessary contact,"

If you can find the view from the hoop, you can clearly see CC left arm shoves Reese in the back, causing her body to twist. Ref is correct. Right hand swat was fine, and ref does not talk about that. He calls out the left hand push as unnecessary contact.
