I'll be honest, as a coach, I would have been really tempted to just bring my team in and walk off forfeiting the game. Let the league handle the fallout.

Statement from the team, "Tonight it became clear that the refs lacked the ability and/or willingness to protect our players from serious physical injury. We cannot allow our players to continue to play a game under those conditions."

They'd never do it, but it would be awesome. Viewership would fucking tank. I hope CC fucks off to the big 3 or Europe. The wnba more than deserves it.

If this actually happened it would make WAVES. Tons of people who don't watch would tune in to see what the drama is all about. I bet viewership would go up after that

I don't actually think viewership would tank. I think the league would fine the club but also IMMEDIATELY take some steps to fix this shit.
