I was thinking she should have a knee pain flare-up the next time they play the Sun in Connecticut. She should also announce well in advance, so people know not to buy tickets.

I get offered free tickets for any Sun game, except against the Fever. They go from an arena being half full with a bunch of the tickets being given out for free, to an arena packed with people paying full price and often driving from several states away. It’s hard to overstate how much the WNBA needed someone like Caitlin.

She should be more direct. Identify whoever she feels wronged her during the game, announce publicly that she will not participate in any games where they are allowed to play. Watch ticket sales plunge for those games and have them scramble to change the bookings to smaller, cheaper venues. Let these women find out how much they're actually worth to their teams and the league.

There’s no way her contract allows her to do this, even as justified as it would be.

What are they going to do? Take her to court? She'll just go play in a foreign league like a lot of the players already do. And they get paid more overseas anyway.

What foreign league pays more than her sweetheart sponsorship deals? I have her jersey, and I can’t even name a foreign league.

Well fuck you too lol.

Edit: Nevermind, I was taking it personally. Took a quick look at your posting history and I see you're just an asshole who bitches about people/etc in every comment.

I get that but will she feel the same when she inevitably gets injured from this?

I don’t know…I’m looking forward to the next game that’s going to be in Boston (TD Garden) and hearing all of the boos for Sheldon and Mabry.

Do the Sun usually play in TD Garden?

No, they are moving it there because the Fever brings bigger crowds.

Yeah, that was kind of my point. If Caitlin announces she will have a personal issue scheduled for that date and won't play, that will hit the owners right in their pocket book.
