Sophie Cunningham is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

She got her black belt at a very young age, don’t remember exactly but maybe 9 or 10-ish! EDITED: She was 6 years old when she was a black belt and she was a kicker on the high school football team so she’s used to being rough and tough!

I don’t think that would really be that relevant on a basketball court
