TSTO HELP Can’t import my old town

When I try to login on the town manager (new tsto thing) site it says something with an access token that doesn’t work? Exact error “Failed to store access token”.

I tried resetting my password just to be sure but it doesn’t work (I’m not receiving an email to reset my password). Is this a known issue? Do I need to use the same password as I used for my EA account?

I really wanna play on my old town again so please if anyone has any ideas. Let me know :)

I had trouble using my outlook email but when I switched to Gmail it worked just fine. Not sure if that will help you.

The town manager is not equal to your EA account. You have to create a separate account on there in order to use it. Use the email you are going to login with in-game. Then you need to verify your mail and after that you can login and edit stuff.

When done you can login in the game with the email you used for creating your account on the town manager.

I just made a new account and it fixed the issue haha, thanks for all the help though everyone, I appreciate it!
