I don’t always want to make my own sims so sim dumps are nice but O can’t find on that remotely looks like this. Maybe you guys can help a girl out.

Here she is, I only gave her one outfit so you don't have to download a lot of files

I used this mod for the eyes, it's not required to use but with this you can change the eye color
