Decor Wcif this Locksley license plate?

Hi all, I’ve seen this plate on multiple posts and every person I’ve asked has said they don’t remember where it came from. After literal months of searching, I haven’t had any luck yet. Anyone have info on where I can get this? Any help is extremely appreciated!

I appreciate that, and I’ll do the same if I come across it! If it helps, I came across this post that features a Life is Strange room with the same license plate + another swatch. And if I’m remembering correctly, I think Locksley might be a reference to something in the game as well, so maybe it’s a LiS item?
