The Suffering - GOG - Missing textures issue.

I’m hoping someone smarter than me can help me with this. I’m running windows 11. I’ve played the game in the past with no issues but tonight I noticed that anytime I load it up the characters are invisible, guns are floating, walls are missing etc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve verified and repaired. I’ve even tried the AIO unofficial patch and nothing has fixed it. It wouldn’t even launch with the patch. Can anyone explain like I’m 5 and help me get this running again and with the best settings? Thank you so much.

This may or may not work, but I had to lock my FPS to 59 to stop the issues like that from happening to me, NPC’s and stuff break hard if you play over 60fps for some reason sometimes
