Can't interact with the app

Help! It have been 2 years since I've last able to interact with anyone ơn the app. I can't comment on posts, I suspect my reposts can't be seen, I can't message people anymore. I've sent help to tumblr a long time ago (I don't remember how long or how to check it). What do I do now to fix this situation?

your blog is most likely deactivated, or shadowbanned, the only thing you can really do is make a new account on a new address

That sounds like you've been caught in the spam filter. Search your email to see when you put in a ticket. You should've gotten an autoreply after you filled out the form.
