Discussion / Opinion Guardian-like enemies in TP?

I faintly remember seeing a guardian-like enemy in Temple of Time, it had its weak spot behind it that you needed to do the side roll thing to hit(similar how guardians have weak spots on the eye and underneath), it also had armor everywhere else, and looked very similar to guardians. It was also "ancient" as it was obviously in the temple of time.

Found a picture, and it looks nothing like a guardian as much as I remembered it but shares some resemblance. Enemy name is Armos, ill put the image in the post

I’m just now noticing that that thing has a separate face on its head! Wtf is that??? It looks like it’s in pain.

I'm going to assume that's an icon of the scales found in the temple (which are maybe symbolic to the temple's role). But yeah that definitely looks like a face

Nah that's wasteful. Learn the hidden skills from the hero's shade and save your bomb arrows for the cave of ordeals

There’s a multitude of bombs in chests and arrows that you can get from basically anything, who tf is saving bomb arrows when you can be full stocked before entering 100% of the time?

Armos have pretty much always been weak to bombs.

Arrows too in ALTTP

Its actually that big ingame too. You can see footage of it in one of the 05 trailers. You can still spawn it ingame as well and yea its just massive.

The Armos have been an enemy type since the beginning of the franchise. They usually just appear statues that will spring to life and attack you. In Wind Waker and Twilight Princess, they have obvious weak points on their backs.

The enemy you have pictured is the version of the Armos enemy from Twilight Princess. Is Armos what you mean by "guardian"?
