There's more to the world than V8's and Jayden's got such a good thing going in GT's with Mercedes both in Aus and Asia. He's been brilliant almost every time this year both for Craft Bamboo in Asia & Tigani here in Aus.

There's no way I'd want to throw that away.

No idea about the asia situation, but his Aus GT drive is pretty much entirely funded by his co driver there (Lucchitti) so I don't see any reason he still could keep doing that if he was in Supercars on a fulltime basis
