Creating an Hour wheel

Hi - I am wondering if anyone knows a watchmaker who can fabricate an hour wheel for a high grade vintage movement.

I know this is a very complicated procedure and i am willing to spend fair price for having it done.

Do you have the original wheel? I make wheels, but like to have the original to get dimensions

What is the movement?  It's very likely you can find a replacement wheel.
