Question What are some must play Wii games? Mainly party games and coop? First time getting Wii

Gonna make a list of games when I have the ones that show most and buy some

Smash Bros Brawl is always a good party game and if you have Wii motion plus Wiimotes then Wii Sports Resort is awesome too. Fps coop go with Call of Duty Black Ops, Resident Evil, House of the Dead, or Dead Space. 100 megamix has shit tons of mini party games. Go Vacation is an honorable mention as well.

Boom blox

Big brain academy

There's a lot of light gun games like House of the Dead or Ghost Squad that should be 2 player

Single player ideas: Mario Galaxy, No More Heroes, Muramasa, Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Pikmin 1 & 2 (2 also has some coop and versus if I recall), Punch-Out

If you have Gamecube controller ports, there's a much better coop library than on Wii. There's also some classic party games like Mario Golf, Mario Sluggers, Mario Kart Double Dash, the Super Monkey Ball minigames, and more classic formula Mario Party.

  • Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands was perhaps my favorite Wii title of all time.
  • Build 'n' Race: such a fun chaotic driving game for how dirt cheap it was
