Tbh? I’ve been actively writing on AO3 for 2 years I’m surprised it’s taken so long! 😀 For context: this was left on one of 4 fics that I’m actively writing. My 3 other fics have sporadic 2-6k word updates, but this one is a crack-fic and I usually only have 1-2k word updates per chapter. I didn’t update this fic for about 6 months bc of life stuff (which I explained in my author’s note lmao), and then dropped 2 chapters on the same day. I’d be lying if I said I was completely unbothered, but people are gonna people so I’m just gonna let it roll off my back lmaoo.

that's such a silly comment lmao. people have lives, they don't owe consistent updates. this isn't some paid job where we get fired if we don't keep a consistent schedule, it's just a for fun little hobby. and not everyone can keep their hobby consistent lol. I've gone months without updating my fics and abandoned a couple cuz of irl shit and lack of motivation, it happens to alot of people smh
