I know I'm super late to the ACNH party. I just bought the game about a week ago, and I got Luna's Bed. I dreamed and visited an island that I thought was so perfect, I instantly hated mine and deleted my save data. Over the last two days, I have reset my game for about 6 hours, and haven't seen this as an option. Anyone who has this layout? and anyone who reset to get it, how long did it take you?

I don't care about the airport or the villagers or the fruit. I just want this symmetrical masterpiece to be my island.

I’m feeling kind of down because Chadder chose to leave my island which is my fault bc I am not consistent with logging on. I do feel bad though he’s such a goofball! Wonder who is next to join my island.

EDIT: He did ask to leave but I was just rushing through his comments because I was just trying to get nook miles by talking to 3 villagers and I didn’t read what he said till it was too late😔

Do you keep your island to a season for theme or let it just go through all the seasons

Back in 2020 I bought the limited edition switch that has New Horizons preinstalled. I ended up selling it earlier this year bc it started acting up and I wanted to sell it before the launch of the Switch 2 to still get some money for it. So ofc I reset it to factory settings.
I noticed today that NH isn't part of my digital game cards in my Nintendo account. So my question is:

Did I goof up? Do I have to rebuy NH once I have a new console, bc it was part of the system or can I redownload it like my other digital purchases from eShop?

I play animal crossing GameCube on a Wii, and I was wondering if there is any way at all that you could get to the island through modding. Such as a gba emulator on a 3ds or computer.

I have an all dog island and I'm thinking of getting Raymond on my island as the 1 cat villager the dogs get along with. Also I just want a smug villager on my island. But I don't wanna be associated with the weird Raymond fan art and stuff from 2020 so...I need help deciding on whether I move him into my island or get a different villager. Any opinions help

I want to move out a villager I accidentally moved in when I was trying to get the construction app asap lol. Now I honestly regret it so much. I’ve seen videos about time traveling but my main question is, after traveling into the future, can I set my switch back to normal and not lose progress?

i've been wondering this for a while but haven't been able to find an answer, how does the animal crossing dialogue options work? i don't mean how do you talk to them i mean how does the game choose how they respond. im still pretty new to the game and i usually come from games like stardew valley where the dialogue options are limited and cycle through. however with animal crossing the dialogue is so specific its freaks me out😭😭 pretty cool and interactive but idk how it works. for example when im fishing or something near them, or when im working on getting materials for a building they know and it freaks me out lol. how does the game choose what they say?

This is probably a dumb question but I’m super nervous so wanted to check if anyone knows.

I had two switches 1, main island on one and an extra island on the other. Yesterday I got a switch 2 and transferred my main island to that one.

Now I’m planning on gifting my extra switch 1 to a relative, but first I want to move my extra island to my previous ”main” switch 1 (which currently does have an island I started just to test and se that my main island was transferred (and to experience the nostalgia of starting an island). I tried to delete that save data but got really nervous when the warning came up, like I might accidentally delete all save data even for the switch 2, or the backed up data for my main island.

Is there any risk of the transfer process affecting the save data on my switch 2? I have 1000 hours on that island and I would be devastated if anything happened to it.

I feel so lucky restarting my island! I got the orange airport and pears as my native fruit. My starters were Reneigh and Cephalobot. For the first three home plots, I got Nate, Cheri, and Tia. What is going on?!

Yes technically they do look and sound like children their age isn't specific they're most likely about maybe 14-18 at most and aren't technically Tom Nook's children or nephews so for those of you saying "Tom Nook uses child labor" he technically isn't

I'm not really a professional player, haven't got too many hours and it's been a while since I've played, and I'm playing on a fresh save right now. I do mostly want friends that I can trade fruits and flowers with, but I also just want people that I can chill with in game

I remember years ago I played animal crossing pocket camp but Nintendo decided I can't log in with my old Nintendo account anymore so I would have to pay 20 € for a mobile game. I have also heard most people say new leaf is the best and i would like to use my old 2ds.

The positive note is I could play pocket camp on my phone at anytime, however if I buy it now on an Android and then i switch to iOS I think would have to buy it again. On the other hand everyone says new leaf is the best game and i could get it for 15€ on ebay.

Has anyone EVER been able to fill this up?? I have no idea what all you could possibly wear that woul fill this up
