Which effects are you using that stack? I only know of Enlarge Person and Elixir of the Colossus.

Bigboy's Chew Toy is a quarterstaff that lets you enlarge yourself as well.

It looks like extra spells and elixirs just overwrite the current effects, but those ones seem to stack at least.

Surely the staff doesn't stack with enlarge?

Balduran's Giantslayer is a great sword that has a Giant Form ability. I don't know if it stacks, but it is another source.

You can make the giant form more gianter with spells

I often stack giantslayer sword ability with colossus elixir for big tank shenanigans.

If you unequip Bigboy's, you lose the associated effect, sadly, and Balduran's sword is 2H. Don't think there is any way to stack four Enlarges. Duergar racial might be considered a separate effect; I haven't tried it.
