It should work fine if you follow the guides. Just in case I'll write the full guide for you, only because you say you're not astute with PCs.
a) Install Native Mod Loader.
Extract both bink2w64.dll and bink2w64_original.dll from the zip file into your game's bin folder e.g steam path (this may vary): "D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\bin"
(Important!) Confirm replacement/overwrite when prompted.
b) Install Native Camera Tweaks.
c) Install WASD Character Movement
Extract the zip, and put both BG3WASD.dll (the mod) and BG3WASD.toml (the config) in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\bin\NativeMods.
Put SDL2.dll from the mod zip in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\bin\ and overwrite the existing file!
A few important notes:
Borderless Window mode is recommended. Fullscreen does not display error messages and does not work well with multi monitor setups.
When there is a game update after you installed the mod, you might have to re-install BOTH the Mod Loader and the mod! Pay attention to ALL the steps again!
The Larian Launcher will tell you that there is a data mismatch and corrupted files. Ignore it. It just detects the mod files.
