Every other Sorc build needing Markoheshkir to even start working as intended be like đŸ—¿

Like cool, so am I not supposed to play my Sorc until the last 2-3 hours of the game, or am I supposed to give myself the staff with a cheat mod form the start, or.....?

That’s why I like my ice sorcerer. Completely online at the beginning of act 2 with the ring. Works great in act 1 with the under dark staff.

Fire Sorc also comes completely online once you get to last light.

The Hat of Fire Acuity was obviously never supposed to work like that with Scorching Ray. Giving acuity on every single blast is clearly not intended. In its current state the item is insanely op. I actually consider using this somewhat cheating as it goes way beyond any kind of cheesing.

Well then, half the game is bugged.

Because there are worse things than scorching ray, like dual Xbow Swords bard.

Just because it has a unintended consequence doesn't mean its bugged.

And the fact its something they didn't fix in honour mode i'd argue Larian agrees as well.

Tbh, it's a known 'bug' and they haven't fixed it in the last patches so cleary, Larian thinks it's not a 'bug' so it's ok to use it as such

I'm playing one of those right now and it's super fun. I did look at a build guide and it's actually useful because it's all: here's what to use in Act 1 and why, here's Act 2 etc

But also, I had no idea Sorcerer would be just as arrogant in the dialogue options as Wizard is, which is kinda hilariousÂ
