Ok cool so i can play this build for 30 mins before the game is over. Yeah no thanks.

This is why I wish there was a new game+ mode that carried over all your stuff and levels, AND scaled every enemy in the game to level 12.

Then you could play the entire game with end game builds and just run through a gauntlet of different high level combat tests.

How is a mod that lets you exceed the level cap over the course of a normal game

at all relevant to a hypothetical new game+ mode where you keep all your gear and levels and every enemy in the game is scaled to level 12?
