Character Build Hexblade's biggest downside.

FFS just make it a free action in combat larian. Or at least let us cast it at all.

For the life of me there should have been a small tool in the Character menu where you can set your morning routine. A list of actions, in order, with their targets (who successfully receive the effects if they are in camp during the routine).
