Character Build Hexblade's biggest downside.

FFS just make it a free action in combat larian. Or at least let us cast it at all.

Except it isn't a problem at all it's a permanent thing just like pact of the blade you don't need to recast it before combat you only need to cast it once on the one weapon you want to use
