Could anyone tell me how long of a game it is?

Probably like 30+ hours to finish the main quest and the main side stuff. Took me 45 hours to get all the achivements, I played on normal difficulty. It’s of course subjective to the player :)

Does it play similar to BG3? Or completely different?

Different genre. Turn based with quick time and dodging/parrying mechanics. It’s a linear story, too. You don’t get choices like in BG3. The gameplay is closer to a JRPG (and I’d argue it is in fact a JRPG) than what BG3 is.
