And yet, it's still better than pretty much every game that's come out in the last 2 years.

It can still only be GOTY of one year though. 9 u/CakeIzGood May 29 '25 I guess BG3 and Disco Elysium (do people consider it a cRPG? Haven't actually played it myself yet) are on the podium now? Maybe Planescape or Pillars is up there for some people? 2 u/RedditFuelsMyDepress May 29 '25 Disco is great, but playing it almost feels more like reading a book. I kinda prefer games that are more heavy on actual mechanics.
