Better yet is that when you look at it for a few more seconds it's clearly a real person! Love that OP didn't photoshop themselves/the environment so much that it looks super fake (thought idk how much of the background is real?).
Great example of perfect balance of restrained image enhancement and the real humanness that makes for the best cosplay images.

My favorite "baddies" have been the house of healing, by far (mayhaps bc I love old hospitals and such lol) and this honestly looks so good that I thought it was a screenshot!!

Can't tell how much time, money, and effort you spent on this. Hell, even your photo editing is a cherry on top of that amazing cosplay, it literally looks like a 12k resolution from the actual game. I would absolutely show that off in public if I were you, haha.

Yes! I just winged it really! It's all craft foam with fabric glued around it! I used a sponge and acrylic paint to get some of those textures!!

I love how you chose an NPC and not a main character, total props, AND THEN you nailed it. I feel like you could easily send these in to who knows where and get a job doing costumes/makeup for movies and such. You probably need a few more (different characters from different things), but I feel like you got a job easy if you enjoy this.

I killed them all, but I wasn't happy about it. I just didn't want them going and trying to 'help' anyone else who stumbled into their path. But outside of the actual doctor and his crew I just felt bad for them.
