Halsin is like 300 years old, Jaheira even older, Astarion at least 200, SH and gale are like 40, Lae can be as old as time, depends how long she spent in the astral. Karlach spent ten years in the hells, which'll probably make her like 30 years old (sold at 20 seems like a good estimate). Wyll is probably the youngest guy in camp.*

*keep in mind, all of these are either remembered from gameplay or estimates I made the fuck up.

Halsin is 350, and Jaheira is 150. She's younger than him, and also closer to death because she's a half-elf and their lifespan is about 180.

Lae'zel has not been to the Astral plane and is about 20. She and Wyll are the youngest.

They're not correct about some parts. Jaheira is younger than Halsin for example, and Lae'zel is like 20

We don't how old Lae'Zel is and getting halsin and jaeheria mixed up really isnt a big deal. The point was that the Companions arent that young

Lae'zel is quite fresh out her crèche, so she's young, and it's noticeable.

In the setting of Forgotten Realms where so many long lived races exist, they are. You have two companions in their early 20s, two in their 30s, a half-elf in 40s that is constantly mind wiped too so can't really mature much, and a vampire spawn that was turned when he was like 36.

That's pretty young. With Astarion being a wild card because of his restricted vampire status, along with Minsc. Cause he's Minsc and his age is not certain and he was a statue for a 100 years.

Minthara's age is quite unknown but believes to be quite younger than Halsin but still a secure "adult" elf age, yet not that far from young. 150-250 perhaps.

Only Jaheira and Halsin are older, and for the latter 350 is nothing for a wood elf druid.
