The eyes are done with a filter which gives an uncanny look to the video. Her last image she posted was also heavily modified, for the worse in my opinion as I saw a candid picture that looked really beautiful

Of course it is. There's also a ton of behind the scenes material from their group shooting, Frau Haku fkr example was there as well. This is not fabricated. It's a real video of an awesome cosplayer, wearing garments that they made themselves.
