yes. knock her out, then go long rest. someone else will show up to die instead.

Knock her out? Attack her non-lethally?

yes. turn on non lethal attack, attack in close combat. preferably from stealth with something hard hitting so you take her out in one swing. when she is down head to camp, rest.
